She has provided massage in various settings, including the wellness center at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies. Chair massage

Chair massage is an effective treatment for the shoulders, back, neck, and arms. It is given on an adjustable massage chair that allows for correct ergonomic positioning. The client is clothed for this massage. Just a few minutes in the chair can relieve tension and induce deep relaxation.

Table Massage (Clothed)

Massage techniques, including swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (stretching), are applied through clothing with similar benefits as a longer and more expensive table massage. This massage is effective for work on the lower body, and it is helpful for deeper work on the back and shoulders.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a specialized technique that can release chronic holding patterns in the muscles by using slow, deep, pressure along, and against, the grain of the muscle. Deep tissue massage focuses on aligning the deeper muscle layers and connective tissue. This type of massage can break up and eliminate scar tissue from old injuries. Note: This technique is different from a 'firm' massage.

Integrated Swedish Massage

Classic Swedish massage is the gold standard for a relaxing massage. It improves circulation, lowers blood pressure, and provides a sense of well-being. Other benefits include improved flexibility, greater mental clarity, and decreased stress levels.

Fertility Massage

Fertility Massage is a combination of specific massage techniques that support reproductive health and fertility. This massage can: increase circulation to the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes; help clear congestion caused from cysts; and help reduce stress and stress hormones.
